Subscription Commitment

  • When you subscribe, you commit to a minimum of 2 purchases of your selected product
  • You'll receive 15% off the regular price in exchange for this commitment
  • Choose your delivery frequency: every 30, 45, or 90 days

Price Protection

  • Your subscription is price is locked in from the day you subscribe
  • You won't be affected by any future price increases as long as your subscription remains active

Shipping

  • Orders $85 and over ship free
  • Orders under $85 incur an $8 flat rate shipping charge

Managing Your Subscription

  • You are responsible for managing your own subscription through your online account
  • If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an account invitation email - please create your account to manage your subscription
  • You'll receive payment reminders 1 day before each charge

Payment & Billing

  • Payment is processed automatically according to your chosen schedule
  • If a payment fails, you'll be notified and given the opportunity to update your payment method

Cancellation Policy

  • You must cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our website
  • Important: Canceling a payment through your bank or credit card does NOT cancel your subscription
  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in you being charged all associated chargeback fees
