Subscription Terms & Conditions

Welcome to our Subscription Program

Subscribing is the easiest way to keep your favorites stocked, at a price locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. Before you enroll, please read through these terms so you know exactly what to expect. If anything is unclear, reach out before subscribing.

Subscription Commitment

  • When you subscribe, we ask that you commit to a minimum of 2 orders of your selected product
  • In exchange, you receive 15% off the regular price on every order for as long as your subscription is active
  • Choose your delivery frequency: every 30, 45, or 90 days
  • After your second order, you can add or swap products, pause, skip a shipment, change frequency, or cancel at any time

Price Protection

  • Your subscription price is locked in from the day you subscribe
  • You won't be affected by future price increases as long as your subscription remains active
  • Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address

Payment & Billing

  • Payment is processed automatically according to your chosen schedule
  • You'll receive a payment reminder one day before each renewal
  • If a payment fails, you'll be notified and given the opportunity to update your payment method
  • Updating your credit card in ShopPay does not change the payment method on your subscription. To update your subscription payment method, please do so directly in your subscription portal

Shipping

  • Orders $85 and over ship free
  • Orders under $85 are charged a $10 flat rate shipping fee

Managing Your Subscription

  • You are responsible for managing your subscription through your online account
  • Log into your subscription portal here:
    My Subscriptions
  • Once logged in, select My Subscriptions from the menu on the left
  • If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an account invitation email. Please create your account so that you can manage your subscription
  • Changes to upcoming orders (skipping, swapping, address updates, cancellation) must be made before your renewal processes. Once an order has settled, it cannot be canceled or modified

Skipping a Shipment

  • Going out of town or already well stocked? You can skip an upcoming order at any time from your subscription portal before the renewal date
  • Skipping does not affect your 15% discount or your locked-in price

Returns

  • Subscription orders are eligible for return under our standard return policy
  • Returning a subscription order does not cancel your subscription. If you no longer wish to receive future shipments, please cancel separately in your subscription portal

Cancellation

  • You must cancel your subscription by logging into your account on our website
  • Important: Canceling a payment through your bank or credit card does not cancel your subscription
  • Unauthorized chargebacks will result in your being responsible for all associated chargeback fees

Notifications

You'll receive automated emails for:

  • New subscriptions
  • Payment reminders
  • Failed payments
  • Cancellations

Changes to These Terms

  • We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated by email before taking effect
  • Continued use of the subscription service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms
