Scents That Smell Like the Thing, Not the Idea of the Thing
The candle that made someone text asking where you got it. Not because it looks expensive. Because it smells like actual honeysuckle vines in June, not "summer garden fantasy."

These are the specialty line—the scents we spent months getting right. Poured in small batches in Owings Mills with 100% soy wax that burns clean and doesn't leave black marks on your ceiling. We keep them at the ready, already cured and ready to ship. No waiting a week for your candle.
The difference between these and the jelly jar candles comes down to vessel and volume. Specialty candles come in reusable amber glass or ceramic vessels with 75-hour burn times. Bigger rooms, longer evenings, the candle that stays lit through dinner and doesn't quit halfway through the conversation. We name them after what they actually smell like—Wild Honeysuckle is honeysuckle vine, Double Espresso is espresso, not a marketing department's interpretation of coffee shop ambiance.
Made here. Poured here. The kind of candle you keep the jar after it's done.
Made in Owings Mills
Small-batch production in our Maryland facility. Each candle is hand-poured, hand-labeled, and cured before it ships. We keep them ready so you don't wait—order today, it ships this week.
Clean Burning Soy Wax
100% soy wax burns slower and cleaner than paraffin. No petroleum byproducts, no black soot on your walls. Just wax from soybeans that melts evenly and completely.
75-Hour Burn Time
Specialty vessels hold more wax, which means longer burn times. Light it at dinner and it's still going at midnight. Jelly jar candles burn for 30 hours—these last 75.
Scents That Make Sense
Wild Honeysuckle smells like honeysuckle. Double Espresso smells like espresso. Sage+Pomegranate smells like sage and pomegranate. We don't name candles "Serenity" or "Bliss"—we name them after what went into the jar.
Woman-Owned, Handmade
Founded by a beekeeper in Maryland. Everything made in-house, from the first pour to the label that goes on the jar. No outsourcing, no white-labeling, no shortcuts.
Vessel size and burn time. Specialty candles come in larger amber glass or ceramic containers with 75-hour burn times. Jelly Jar candles are smaller with 30-hour burn times and come in classic jelly jars. Same soy wax, same hand-poured process.
First burn matters most—let the wax pool all the way to the edges (usually 2-3 hours). This prevents tunneling. Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each lighting. Soy burns cooler than paraffin, so it needs a full melt pool to throw scent properly.
Soy burns cleaner, slower, and without the petroleum base of paraffin. No black soot residue, better scent throw, and the wax is made from a renewable resource. It's also easier to clean up if you spill it—warm water and soap, done.
Most candles ship within 2-3 business days. We're based in Maryland, so East Coast orders typically arrive within a week. We won't ship candles on weekends during extreme heat because soy wax can soften in transit.
Yes. The amber glass and ceramic vessels are made for it. Once the wax is gone, pour hot water in the jar to melt any remaining wax, wipe clean, and you've got a drinking glass, storage container, or vase. We've seen them used for everything from bathroom cotton balls to desk pen holders.
We use phthalate-free fragrance oils. Some scents like lavender and citrus come from natural sources, but most require fragrance oils to get the true scent without going muddy. Every fragrance oil we use is phthalate-free and tested for clean burning in soy wax.
All scents are available year-round. We don't launch seasonal collections—what you see is what we make. If a scent sells out, it'll be back once the next batch is poured.
