Haute Cocoa® Luxe smells like bittersweet chocolate—the kind you break off a bar, not the Halloween candy kind. There's cream in there. Roasted nuts. The edge of burnt sugar from fudge that sat in the pan too long. It's rich without being sticky-sweet.

This is the bigger version of our best-selling Haute Cocoa Jelly Jar Candle. Same scent, lasts 75 hours instead of 30.

For the Long Haul

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each burn. Let the candle burn until the wax melts all the way to the edges—takes about 90 minutes the first time. This prevents tunneling.

Don't burn it for more than 3 hours at a time. Let it cool completely before moving it.

Keep it away from papers, curtains, anything flammable. Don't leave it burning when you leave the room.

When there's about 1/2 inch of wax left at the bottom, stop burning it. Wash the vessel with hot soapy water. Use it for something else—it's good glass.
