Flat rate shipping $9, free over $85. We hold back on certain product shipments during summer heat waves (July-August) to prevent melting. Everyone gets tracking, everyone gets it intact.

All our raw honey carries Star K kosher certification. Honey lollipops are OU kosher certified. Everything else isn't certified but uses natural, clearly labeled ingredients.
Yes, but each address needs its own order. We don't drop-ship from a corporate portal—every package still goes through our facility in Owings Mills. If you're sending to more than 10 addresses, email us through the contact form and we'll figure out the most efficient approach.
Most products ship within 2-3 business days. During November and December, add a few extra days. For orders over 50 units or custom requests, reach out through our contact page and we'll give you a realistic timeline based on current production.
Volume pricing on specific items—the 50-lollipop box saves $20 over buying individually, for example. For recurring orders or large corporate accounts, sign up for our wholesale program. We don't do one-off bulk discounts, but wholesale pricing is straightforward.
Our ingredients are listed clearly on every product page. Honey and beeswax aren't vegan. Some teas contain nuts. The Coffee+Cream Soap contains coffee. Everything's made in a facility that handles nuts, honey, and botanicals, so check labels for anyone with serious allergies.
No returns or exchanges—we're too small for that. We're careful about packing and shipping, but if something arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right.
