The thread running through it is linden. Basswood trees, also called linden, bloom for about two weeks in late spring or early summer, and our Linden Basswood Honey comes from beekeepers in the northern regions where those trees grow. It’s pale, greenish gold, and more herbal than most honey: sweet hay with a whisper of menthol at the finish. Good Night Tea uses linden flowers too, alongside chamomile, lavender buds, spearmint, and rose petals. Stir a spoonful of the honey into a cup of the tea and you get the same tree twice.
The Sage+Pomegranate candle smells like a pomegranate split open on a cutting board next to a bundle of fresh sage, with cashmere wood underneath. The honey lemon candy is a corn syrup-free treat that delights the taste buds with sweet first and then a zing of lemon.

Bee Well holds four things: a jar of Linden Basswood Honey, a 1.1 oz glass jar of Good Night Tea, a Sage+Pomegranate soy candle, and a box of honey lemon candy. The honey and the tea share an ingredient, linden flowers, which is why they belong in the same box. Everything is packed in our Owings Mills, Maryland facility and arrives ready to hand over.
Good Night Tea is caffeine-free. It is an herbal loose leaf blend of chamomile, lavender buds, linden flowers, spearmint, and rose petals, with no tea leaves in it at all. Use one teaspoon per eight ounces of water just off the boil, around 206°F, and steep five to seven minutes. The jar makes about 20 cups.
The Linden Basswood Honey is Star-K kosher certified. The honey lemon candy is not kosher certified, so the set as a whole is not a kosher gift.
