Buckwheat (Varietal honey)

Our Buckwheat Honey is from New York this season, though we sometimes acquire it from Pennsylvania. The tiny white blossoms on the buckwheat plant produce a hearty, strong honey. It is typically compared with black strap molasses and contains higher antioxidants than most other honey.

Spring (Artisanal honey)

Estate produced on Chesterhaven Beach Farm, this honey is deliciously different than anything you would buy in a store. This fantastic honey is mildly sweet and bursting with floral notes. You’ll experience hints of lavender, spring fruits, black locust, and wildflowers.

Sweet Clover (Varietal honey)

This rich, bright, thick, surprisingly sweet, grassy honey pairs well with fresh fruit, tea, and Greek yogurt. We bring this to you from the Dakotas, where large fields of this clover are planted to enrich the soil. Raw, pure, and perfect for keeping on your kitchen table. It won’t last long, trust us!
