Such a wonderful flavor. So different from wildflower honey & different from Manuka. It’s lovely in my tea & with hot pepper sauce& mixed with dijon for a honey mustard dressing. . Hard to describe the difference but it’s wonderful. Have purchased more & the girly gifts for friends for Christmas & for my British daughter in law too!

I stumbled across this honey and I'm so glad I did! Delicious, delicate flavor. It is amazing when used as a finishing drizzle to dishes, fruit, and desserts. I'm going to try it in a light roast coffee next.

The honey was good. I wanted honey from Kara’s hives on the Eastern Shore and I was told the trio was from those hives. The one product I regretted purchasing was the tea. It was expensive and tasted funky
Robin I am sorry to hear that you didn't like the tea. I am so picky when I select a blend to sell to our customers, I am sorry to hear that you didn't like it. Did you try it with milk? Since we are in summer season now, I would make the tea (hot) add honey, then pour over ice and add milk. Maybe you'll like it better, that is how Chai is most commonly prepared becauset it's a little spicy. Give it a try and see if you like it better.
