What are Bee Inspired honey lollipops made of?

Real honey, cooked with non-GMO cane sugar and organic tapioca syrup to the hard-crack stage. No corn syrup, no artificial dyes, no artificial flavors. Canola oil acts as a releasing agent and soy lecithin keeps the texture smooth. Each flavor builds on that base with simple, recognizable additions like fruit, citrus, herbs, or natural extracts, so honey stays the lead ingredient and not background noise behind a louder candy flavor.

Are the lollipops Kosher certified?

Yes. Every Bee Inspired honey lollipop is OU Certified Kosher, verified by the Orthodox Union. That matters for anyone keeping kosher, and it doubles as third-party validation that the ingredients are exactly what we say they are. The certification is built into how we make these, not a claim added after the fact. The OU symbol appears on every bag.

Why no corn syrup?

Most hard candy leans on corn syrup because it's cheap and forgiving in the kettle. We use non-GMO cane sugar and organic tapioca syrup instead, which costs more and behaves a little fussier. The trade-off is worth it. The finished lollipop tastes cleaner, less cloying, and lets the honey actually come through. If you've ever felt that sticky-sweet film from a regular hard candy, these are the opposite of that.

How should I store honey lollipops?

Keep them somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight and humidity.
