Pacific Northwest Berry Fields
Raspberry fields in Washington state. Rows of canes stretching across the valley, white and pale pink blossoms covering everything for a few weeks in spring. Beekeepers position hives along the edges, bees work the flowers, raspberries set fruit, and the honey that comes out tastes unmistakably like berries.
What Makes Our Raspberry Honey Special?
- Rare monofloral varietal: Raspberry blossom honey is produced during a narrow bloom window and in limited quantities — it's one of the harder varietals to source consistently, which is why we carry it as a limited edition.
- Distinctly bright flavor: Brightly sweet and syrupy with notes of pollen, fresh berries, and a subtle earthiness. It reads as unmistakably berry without tasting like raspberry extract or flavoring — this is what the blossom itself tastes like.
- Raw and minimally filtered: Harvested from Washington state beekeepers and handled minimally to preserve the character of the honey as it came from the hive.
- Star K Kosher certified: Certified Kosher through Star K.
- May crystallize over time: As with all raw honey, crystallization is natural and expected — it's a sign of quality, not spoilage. Gentle warming restores it to liquid.
If raspberry honey is on your list, don't wait — once this batch sells through, we don't know when or whether we'll be able to source it again.
