Tea Travels Well
Say goodbye to crinkly foil tea bags and sticky honey jars. This travel-friendly tea set is designed for people who actually drink tea—on airplanes, in hotel rooms, or at their desk. This isn’t a tea kit that gets forgotten in the back of a cupboard. It’s the one you’ll actually use—and so will the teachers, travelers, and tea lovers you gift it to. Tea that travels well. Honey that’s hassle-free. A kit that’s as thoughtful as it is practical.
What Makes Our Tea and Honey Gift Set Special?
- Two teas, thoughtfully paired: Bee's Knees is a caffeine-free honeybush blend with a naturally sweet, slightly earthy character. Raven is an Earl Grey built on organic black tea with organic lavender and bergamot oil — floral and bright. Both come in 1oz quantities of loose leaf, enough to explore the blend before committing to a full bag.
- Honey lollipops as a stirring tool: The blueberry and lavender lollipops aren't just a sweet extra — they're designed to dissolve slowly into hot tea, infusing it with honey and a secondary flavor note. The lavender lollipop pairs naturally with Raven's existing floral profile; the blueberry works well stirred into Bee's Knees.
- Blackberry Honey Sticks for on-the-go sweetening: A box of 18 sticks filled with pure, raw, minimally filtered blackberry blossom honey. Single-serve and mess-free — useful at a desk, in a bag, or anywhere the teapot doesn't travel.
- Stainless steel tea ball included: A durable infuser that allows full water circulation for proper leaf extraction. No paper filters, no extra equipment needed.
- Complete and giftable: Packaged in a Bee Inspired gift box with all components included. Nothing additional needed to use it — the recipient can brew the first cup the day it arrives.

Tea and Honey Gift Set FAQs
How do the honey lollipops work in tea?
They're designed to dissolve slowly in hot water, which means you can use them as stirring tools that sweeten the cup and add a secondary flavor note at the same time. Drop a Blueberry Lollipop into a cup of Bee's Knees and the honey, blueberry, and honeybush layer naturally. Drop a Lavender Lollipop into Raven Earl Grey and the lavender note already in the tea gets a sweet, floral echo. Stir as it melts. The lollipop replaces both your spoon and your sweetener.
How are these different from honey sticks you find at convenience stores?
The honey itself. Most honey sticks sold at gas stations and grocery checkouts are made with flavored syrup, ultra-filtered honey, or honey blended with corn syrup. Ours hold pure raw honey from American beekeepers, with no heat processing, no added sugars, no artificial flavors, and no fillers. The varietals are real (Wildflower, Clover, Orange Blossom, Blackberry Blossom), the flavor is real, and you can taste the difference between the four. Star-K Kosher certified, full transparency on what's inside.
Are the blueberries in the lollipops real fruit?
Yes. We use freeze-dried blueberries that have been shredded and mixed throughout the candy, so the berry pieces are distributed evenly rather than concentrated in one chunk. You can see the purple flecks once you unwrap the lollipop. There's also natural blueberry flavor in the recipe to deepen the berry note, but the actual fruit is doing the visual and textural work. No artificial flavoring, no synthetic coloring, no fillers.
Will Lavender Honey Lollipops taste like perfume or soap?
No. Soapy lavender flavor usually comes from lavender essential oil or fragrance, neither of which is in these lollipops. We use culinary-grade dried lavender, the same kind used in lavender shortbread, lemonade, and Earl Grey tea. The flavor is herbal and gently floral, not aromatic and chemical. If you've liked lavender in food before, you'll recognize this. If your only reference for lavender is hand soap or laundry, this will be a different experience.
Who is the Lavender Honey Lollipop for?
Anyone who actively seeks out lavender in food, in shortbread, ice cream, lattes, or Earl Grey, rather than only in skincare and laundry. Gardeners with a lavender hedge they walk past every day. Tea drinkers who want a floral note without brewing a separate pot. People who like the idea of a calming evening sweet that isn't chocolate. Friends of the farm who want a flavor that ties directly to a place they could visit.
What does Raven Earl Grey taste like?
Classic Earl Grey with a softer landing. The organic black tea base is bold and full-bodied. Natural bergamot oil brings the bright, citrusy floral note that defines Earl Grey. The twist is the organic lavender, which comes in at the end of the sip as a finishing note, not the lead. Together the cup tastes like Earl Grey with a quiet, slightly poetic ending. Three ingredients, no artificial flavors, no dyes, nothing added for shelf appeal.
How much caffeine is in Raven Earl Grey?
A moderate amount, roughly half of what you'd find in a comparable serving of coffee. The caffeine comes naturally from the organic black tea base. Steep time and water temperature both affect how much gets extracted. A shorter steep at a slightly lower temperature pulls less. Three minutes at 180°F gives you a lighter cup. Five minutes at 185°F pulls more. Either way, enough to be useful in the morning.
Does Bee's Knees Tea contain caffeine?
No. Honeybush is naturally caffeine-free at the plant level. This isn't a decaffeination process. The Cyclopia plant simply doesn't produce caffeine, the way rooibos doesn't either. Bee's Knees can be brewed at any time of day without affecting sleep, jitters, or anything else caffeine-related. It's a popular evening choice for people who miss the ritual of a hot drink after dinner but want to be asleep by 10.
What is honeybush tea and what does it taste like?
Honeybush is a caffeine-free herbal tea made from the Cyclopia plant, which grows in the mountainous fynbos regions of South Africa's Western Cape. The name comes from the plant's bright yellow flowers, which smell honey-like when they bloom. The cup brews golden, with notes of caramel, molasses, and a hint of toasted nuttiness. It's naturally sweet without sugar or honey added, and low in tannins, so it doesn't go bitter even if you steep it long.
