We collaborated with the spa therapists at Cliff House Maine on the formula for their babymoon packages, the resort's gift to expectant parents. They wanted something safe enough for the first weeks at home and effective enough for adult skin too. Every bottle ships with the professional baby massage guide their therapists wrote, walking first-time parents through the technique. The collaboration is the reason the ingredient list stayed at four. Anything more felt like a risk for newborn skin.

Four ingredients. Organic sunflower seed oil, organic jojoba seed oil, apricot kernel oil, and organic Bulgarian lavender essential oil. That's it. No mineral oil, no petroleum, no synthetic fragrance, no dyes. The blend is 90% organic and 100% vegan. The Bulgarian lavender is real essential oil, which smells like dried lavender buds rather than the synthetic version in dryer sheets. If you can't pronounce something on a baby product, it shouldn't be in there.

The formula was built for newborns first, which is why it's also become a favorite among adults with reactive skin, eczema-prone skin, or anyone whose skin reacts to fragrance. Oils sink in fast and skip the wax-and-water emulsion, so they absorb more cleanly on damp skin and don't leave a film. The glass bottles are part of the formula's protection: light and heat are what break oils down over time, so darker glass and cooler shelves extend the life of every drop. Travel sizes are no exception. Toss the 1oz dropper in a gym bag, but don't leave it in a hot car.
