Four 3 oz jars of raw, minimally filtered honey, presented in a gift box with a belly band (no extra wrapping required). The specific lineup rotates based on what we have in stock at the time, but always includes four genuinely different varietals chosen to show real contrast (light to dark, mild to bold). Past selections have included Buckwheat, Wildflower, Orange Blossom, Sunflower, and other monoflorals from our catalog. All four jars in any given set are Star-K Kosher certified.
Because we work with real beekeepers and real seasons, not warehouses. Some varietals are only available for a few weeks a year, others sell through faster than expected, and a few simply don't show up some seasons. Rather than promise four specific honeys we can't always deliver, we promise four honeys we can stand behind. The exact lineup may shift, but the standard doesn't: every jar is raw, minimally filtered, single-source, and from a beekeeper we know.
The 3 oz size is intentional. It's substantial enough to actually cook with, finish on a cheese board, or stir into tea more than once, but small enough that a recipient can taste through all four varietals in a reasonable window without anything sitting forgotten in the pantry.
