While it is unimaginable to us that you won't love our Bee Inspired® goods, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Please remember that we are a small, family-style business, so our return and refund policy is not equal to that of large chain stores.
Once an order has settled, we do NOT accept returns. Period. Once an order has settled, there are fees on top of fees on top of fees that are not refundable to us, or to you.
Furthermore, we do NOT accept returns on orders placed through any external marketplace, including, but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram Shop and Google.
If you insist on a return, we insist on reserving a 15% transaction fee for all of the fees and the labor that is required to accommodate your request. There are NO EXCEPTIONS regardless of how unreasonable you are.
Return and Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our pantry and beauty products, we DO NOT accept returns on these products. This includes, but is not limited to, all honey, honey lollipops, tea, body scrubs and butters, face masks, oils, lip products, and/or soaps for any reason.
If you don’t love our candles, send them back to us, at your expense, for a partial refund within 7 days of purchase. The candles must be received by us in their original condition; if they arrive broken they will not be refunded.
A restocking fee of 15% is charged on all returned orders. Please be certain to return by priority mail and insure items over $100 for the appropriate amount at your expense on return.
If you need to request a refund on your order, please note that a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Note that we are unable to offer refunds on products that have been opened or used in any capacity. We do not provide refunds or allow for exchanges and returns on any last-chance or sale item.
Local Pickup Returns
Orders placed on this site for local pickup go through the exact same process as orders that we ship. We pick and pack your order and notify you when the order is ready for pick-up. If you cannot get here for a while, there is no rush. Canceling an order after it has been placed online and set for local pickup will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.

Discount codes must be entered in the "discount code" section at the time of purchase. We are unable to refund or apply codes post-purchase; sorry, no exceptions. Discount codes can not be combined or applied to products that are already discounted. Some items, including, but not limited to, Autumn, Spring, and Tupelo Honey and Honey Lollipops by the Box are exempt from any discounts.
