The “Take a Hint, Day—We’re Done” Tea
This is the tea you reach for when you’re officially over it. The day’s been long, your patience is gone, and you need something to tell your brain, “Shhh, we’re clocking out now.”
Chamomile brings that soft, apple-like sweetness (without actually being apples). Lavender? It’s floral, not soapy—promise. Spearmint steps in to keep things fresh, rose petals make it look unnecessarily gorgeous, and linden flowers add a touch of honeyed magic without a single drop of honey.
What Makes Our Good Night Tea Special?
- Whole chamomile flowers, not dust: You can see them in the jar. Naturally sweet with a soft, apple-like flavor — no bitterness, no filler.
- Lavender that reads as floral, not soapy: Balanced against the chamomile so it registers as a scent note, not a dominant flavor. The proportion matters, and we get it right.
- Linden flowers add depth: A slightly honey-like, citrus-edged botanical that most chamomile blends don't include. It's what makes this blend taste more complex than it looks on the label.
- Spearmint keeps it from going flat: A cool, clean finish that prevents the blend from being one-note floral.
- Caffeine-free loose leaf in a glass jar: All botanicals, no tea leaves. Packaged in recyclable glass to keep the lavender and chamomile fragrant from the first serving to the last.
- Blended in small batches in Owings Mills, MD: We blend, check quality, and package here. You can tell the difference when you open the jar.

Good Night Tea FAQs
What is in Good Night Chamomile Lavender Tea?
Good Night Tea is a five-botanical loose leaf blend: whole chamomile flowers, lavender buds, linden flowers, spearmint, and rose petals. No tea leaves, no caffeine, no added sugar, no artificial ingredients. Each 1.1oz glass jar makes approximately 20 servings.
Is Good Night Tea caffeinated?
No. The blend contains only botanicals — chamomile, lavender, linden flowers, spearmint, and rose petals — with no tea leaves of any kind. It is fully caffeine-free.
How do I brew Good Night Tea?
Heat water to 206°F (just below a rolling boil). Add one teaspoon of loose tea per 8oz of water to a steeper or infuser. Steep 5–7 minutes, then strain and drink warm. For a stronger cup, use 1.5 teaspoons and steep the full 7 minutes. For iced tea, brew double-strength, cool completely, and pour over ice.
How many servings are in each jar?
Each 1.1oz jar contains approximately 20 servings, based on one teaspoon per 8oz cup. Using more tea per cup will reduce the total number of servings.
Can I buy multiple jars at a discount?
Yes. Buy any three or more jars from our tea collection and save 15%. The discount applies mix-and-match across all tea varieties.
What does Good Night Tea taste like?
The chamomile brings a naturally sweet, apple-like flavor with no bitterness. Lavender registers as a distinct floral note without dominating the cup. Linden flowers add a subtle honey-like sweetness and faint citrus edge. Spearmint provides a clean finish. Together the blend is floral, gently sweet, and more layered than a standard two-ingredient chamomile lavender tea.
Is Good Night Tea gluten-free?
All of our teas are gluten-free, though not all of our botanicals and other ingredients come from gluten-free certified suppliers. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity, please factor that into your decision.
How should I store Good Night Tea?
Keep the jar sealed tightly and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and strong-smelling ingredients. Chamomile and lavender absorb nearby odors readily — don't store the jar next to coffee or spices. Properly stored, the tea will stay fresh and fragrant for up to a year or two from opening.
Can I add honey to this tea?
Yes — a drizzle of mild raw honey is one of the better additions to this blend. Light varietals like alfalfa or orange blossom complement the floral notes without competing. Bolder honeys like buckwheat or wildflower will be more present in the cup. Add honey after straining while the tea is still warm, not boiling.
Is Good Night Tea vegan?
Yes. The tea itself — chamomile, lavender, linden flowers, spearmint, and rose petals — is entirely plant-based. If you add honey, that is an animal product; the tea on its own is vegan.
