How do you open and use a honey stick?

Pinch or bite one of the sealed ends, then squeeze. The honey flows directly into hot tea, coffee, or oatmeal, or straight into your mouth as a quick natural sweetener. Each stick holds about a teaspoon of pure raw honey, which is the right amount for one cup of tea or one bowl of yogurt. The tubes themselves are BPA-free, food-grade, and biodegradable.
