Refund policy
While it is unimaginable to us that you won't love our Bee Inspired® goods, we are happy to work with you to resolve any issues you may have. Please remember that we are a small, family-style business, so our return and refund policy is not equal to that of large chain stores.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our pantry and beauty products, we are unable to accept returns on these products. This includes, but is not limited to, all honey, honey lollipops, tea, body scrubs and butters, face masks, oils, lip products, and/or soaps for any reason.
If you don’t love our candles, send them back to us for a partial refund within 7 days of purchase. The candles must be received by us in their original condition; if they arrive broken they will not be refunded.
A restocking fee of 15% is charged on all returned orders. Please be certain to return by priority mail and insure items over $100 for the appropriate amount at your expense on return.
Refund Policy
We’ve updated our refund policy to include details about our use of an app called After-Sale Upsells. This app allows us to offer additional products we think you’ll enjoy after your initial purchase is complete.
When engaging with an after-sale offer, you’ll go through two clear steps of acceptance, with opportunities to skip the offer at each step. This ensures transparency and helps avoid confusion. Please note that these upsell items are not free, and by completing the process, you are agreeing to the additional charges.
Once an order is placed, it is finalized, and the sales ticket is printed. Due to the limitations of our system and the resources required, we are unable to modify or cancel orders after they are placed.

Refused Packages
Refusing a gift or package that you’ve ordered—or that someone has lovingly sent to you—is something we find truly puzzling. If you choose to refuse delivery of a package, please note that we do not issue refunds for refused packages.
There are important reasons for this: we incur the full shipping cost regardless, and resources have already been invested from the moment your order was placed to ensure its safe delivery to you. By refusing the package, you forfeit both the gift and the expense.
We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to reach out with any questions before placing an order.
Local Pickup Returns
Orders placed on this site for local pickup go through the exact same process as orders that we ship. We pick and pack your order and notify you when the order is ready for pick-up. If you cannot get here for a while, there is no rush. Canceling an order after it has been placed online and set for local pickup will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.
External Marketplaces
Please note that we do NOT accept returns or refunds on orders placed through any external marketplace, including, but not limited to, Facebook and Instagram and TikTok Shop.
Discount codes
Discount codes must be applied at the time of purchase. We are unable to refund or apply codes post-purchase; sorry, no exceptions. Discount codes can not be combined or applied to products that are already discounted. Some items, including, but not limited to, Royale Honey of Autumn, Spring, Tupelo, Sourwood or Limited Edition Honey and Honey Lollipops by the Box are exempt from any discounts.
