Vitamin Bee® Night Cream

Vitamin Bee® Night Cream is a lavender-scented facial moisturizer designed for the hours when your skin does most of its repair work. The formula pairs apricot kernel oil and cupuacu seed butter (Theobroma grandiflorum) with rosehip seed oil (Rosa canina) and a vitamin complex of A, C, D, and E, plus MSM and DMAE. Press a pea-sized amount into face and neck after washing. Give it about a minute to absorb before your head hits the pillow.

The Day Cream and Night Cream share the same plant-based base of apricot kernel oil and cupuacu seed butter (Theobroma grandiflorum), so they feel familiar on your skin from one to the other. The vitamin profiles and scents are tuned for time of day. The Night Cream is lavender-scented to settle you toward sleep and adds MSM and DMAE to the A, C, D, and E vitamin complex. Most people use both: morning after washing, evening before bed.

The scent is real lavender essential oil, not synthetic fragrance, so it reads softer and greener than the lavender you find in mass-market night products. You'll notice it at application. By the time you are settled under the covers it has mostly softened into the background. Not powdery, not heavy, just enough to invite sleep without lingering on the pillowcase in the morning or carrying over onto a partner.

The formula is designed to be lightweight and non-irritating. No synthetic fragrance, no parabens, no sulfates, no phthalates. Some customers with rosacea, eczema, and seasonal dermatitis find it sits well on their skin, though everyone's skin reacts differently. If you have a known sensitivity to lavender or essential oils, this is not the cream for you. Patch test on the inside of your wrist for 24 hours before applying to your face.

Every Vitamin Bee® product is formulated and poured by hand at our USDA-licensed facility in Owings Mills, Maryland. Small batches, checked for scent and texture before each one goes out the door. The 1oz jar is recyclable glass, the formula carries no synthetic fragrance, and the lavender and other essential oils are real botanicals rather than fragrance compounds. A 1oz recyclable glass jar holds plenty for nightly (or twice-daily) use once you find your pea-sized amount, since a little really does go far. Use it within six months of opening so the vitamin complex and essential oils stay at their best. Store the jar away from direct sunlight and heat. A bathroom shelf out of the shower steam, or a bedside drawer, both work. The glass jar is recyclable when you've finished.
