Wind Down Whenever

Trim the wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Let it burn until the wax melts to the edges—about an hour the first time. Stops tunneling.

Don't burn longer than 1.5 hours at once. Let it cool completely before touching or moving it.

Keep away from curtains, bedding, anything that could catch. Don't leave it burning when you leave the room.

When there's about 1/2 inch of wax left, stop. Wash the jar with hot soapy water. Use it for something else.
