As We Transition into the Fall Season...

I’ve been spending more time on the farm, watching the bees gather their winter stores and butterflies flutter around—nature is full of simple, beautiful moments right now. It got me thinking about how sweet life can be, especially when we embrace what the earth offers us. And nothing quite embodies that more than honey!

Honey is truly a gift from nature. Every jar we harvest is the product of hard work, not just from us but from the bees. It’s why our honey makes such a thoughtful gift—it’s more than a sweet treat; it’s a reflection of the love and care that nature provides. If you’re looking for something special, our honey gifts are perfect for sharing that sweetness with someone you love.

And speaking of honey, did you know it’s a great substitute for sugar? If you’re trying to swap out refined sugars for something more natural, I wrote a guide on how to use honey in place of sugar that you can check out here. It’s an easy way to add a little more nourishment into your everyday meals and treats.

We also have a brand new treat that’s been a huge hit this season: our Apples & Honey Lollipops! They’re perfect for Rosh Hashanah or just celebrating the sweetness of fall. These are limited edition, so if you haven’t gotten yours yet, now’s the time.

As the Fall Equinox approaches, we’ll soon start insulating the hives with “cozies” to keep our bees warm and protected through the winter. While they rest, we get to enjoy the bounty of what they’ve produced. The connection we have to the bees is so special, and it’s one of the reasons I love sharing this journey with you all.

Wishing you a season as sweet as honey and full of natural beauty.
