Each favor includes 0.5oz of loose leaf tea in a small glass jar with a tin lid, tucked inside a natural cotton muslin drawstring bag. The jar earns a second life after the tea is gone as a spice jar, a trinket dish, or a travel container for vitamins or jewelry. The muslin bag is machine washable and useful as a small pouch on its own. Both pieces are designed to be kept and reused, not tossed with the wrapping paper.

Honeybush is a caffeine-free herbal tea made from the Cyclopia plant, which grows in the mountainous fynbos regions of South Africa's Western Cape. The name comes from the plant's bright yellow flowers, which smell honey-like when they bloom. The cup brews golden, with notes of caramel, molasses, and a hint of toasted nuttiness. It's naturally sweet without sugar or honey added, and low in tannins, so it doesn't go bitter even if you steep it long.

All of our teas are naturally gluten-free. The catch is that not all of our teas, botanicals, and other ingredients come from gluten-free certified suppliers, so we can't make a certified gluten-free claim on the label. For most people that's a non-issue. If you have celiac disease or a severe gluten sensitivity, factor that in before ordering. We'd rather tell you straight than dress it up.

The minimum order is 6 favors at $7.50 each, $45 total. Above that, order exactly the number your guest list calls for. There's no fixed pack size beyond the minimum, so 7, 19, 43, or any other count works. We recommend ordering a few extras to cover last-minute additions, the favor that gets misplaced before dinner, and the guest who quietly takes a second one home for their sister.

Each favor is hand-packaged to order at our Owings Mills, Maryland facility, and production takes 3 to 5 business days before the order ships. For an event with a fixed date on the calendar, order at least two weeks ahead to allow for production plus ground shipping. Earlier is better if there's a seating chart involved. Made-to-order means the tea is fresh when it ships, not sitting in a warehouse waiting to be dispatched.
