How to make the most beautiful Focaccia Bread Art
When you have gathered all of the ingredients, and they are at room temperature, follow the bread machine's instructions. take a 9x13-inch rimmed baking sheet and brush it with olive oil to make focaccia.
In a bowl fitted with the paddle attachment, add all wet ingredients. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and place yeast inside it. Then select the dough program and start the machine. It will take an hour and a half for the dough to rise and knead--once complete, pour it onto a baking sheet. Flour lightly, then turn focaccia dough onto it; punch down & let rest for 10 min.
After the dough rests, knead it and shape it into a baking pan. Cover it with plastic wrap and let rise for 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove plastic wrap and drizzle olive oil over the top of the dough; then make indentations across the surface using your fingertips.

It's time to create your floral scene with sliced raw vegetables and herbs. Be adventurous! A recipe is not perfect until you've added your touch. That's why we encourage you to have fun with your food. Let your inner pastry chef come out and play.

Paint with your veggies and have fun. We recommend painting the veggies and herbs with olive oil so they don’t burn. As you’ll see from our video, we didn’t use enough olive oil. Bake for 13 minutes or until the Focaccia is golden brown. Cut into squares or rectangles and serve.
