When you have gathered all of the ingredients, and they are at room temperature, follow the bread machine's instructions. take a 9x13-inch rimmed baking sheet and brush it with olive oil to make focaccia.

In a bowl fitted with the paddle attachment, add all wet ingredients. Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and place yeast inside it. Then select the dough program and start the machine. It will take an hour and a half for the dough to rise and knead--once complete, pour it onto a baking sheet. Flour lightly, then turn focaccia dough onto it; punch down & let rest for 10 min.

After the dough rests, knead it and shape it into a baking pan. Cover it with plastic wrap and let rise for 40 minutes. Preheat oven to 450°F. Remove plastic wrap and drizzle olive oil over the top of the dough; then make indentations across the surface using your fingertips.
