  • Two Distinct Teas: Bee's Knees is a South African honeybush blend — naturally sweet, caffeine-free, with mild nutty notes that pair cleanly with lighter honeys. Raven is an organic black tea with lavender and bergamot, full-bodied enough to hold its own against a darker, more complex varietal. Both are loose-leaf and blended in small batches in the USA.
  • Three Rotating Honey Varietals: The honey selection changes based on current stock and what's harvesting well. Each set includes one light, one medium, and one dark varietal — each raw and minimally filtered, each with a distinct flavor profile shaped by the flowers the bees worked. Star K Kosher certified.

To brew: add one teaspoon of Bee's Knees or Raven to a cup or infuser, pour hot water over the tea, and steep three to five minutes depending on strength preference. While the tea steeps, choose a honey — lighter varietals let the tea's natural character come forward, darker ones add depth and complexity. Use the wooden dipper to swirl honey directly into the cup once it's brewed. For iced tea, add honey while the tea is still warm so it incorporates fully, then pour over ice.
