This honey is the best raw, local honey! I have spent years buying store brand honey and, on the rare occasion, have had local honey from a family friend. This honey tastes like "home". One tablespoon is the perfect amount for yogurt (or tea) for that natural sweetness. If you are someone who has natural allergies and cough with store bought honey, you won't with this one. Pure, raw, honey...you can taste the difference. I highly suggest the sweet clover. A great addition for Greek yogurt for sure!
