The range covers the whole day. Raven is the morning cup: organic black tea, natural oil of Italian bergamot, and organic lavender, and the only tea here with caffeine. Bee’s Knees is pure honeybush from South Africa’s Western Cape, naturally sweet, with notes of caramel, molasses, and toasted nuts. Beautea is bright and gingery, with turmeric root, dried pineapple, carrot, beet, and calendula petals. Blue Butterfly is nothing but dried butterfly pea flowers. It brews a deep blue and turns purple with a squeeze of lemon. Haute Cocoa Chai is rooibos with cocoa, ginger, and cardamom, the closest thing to dessert in a mug. Good Night closes it out with chamomile, linden flowers, spearmint, rose petals, and lavender buds.
The honey sticks come one box each of Wildflower, Clover, Orange Blossom, and Blackberry Blossom. Snip one, stir it in, and taste how differently Blackberry Blossom sits in Bee’s Knees than Clover does in Raven.

Every jar is labeled with what’s inside, how much to use, and how hot the water should be. As a starting point, use about a teaspoon of leaves per 8 oz cup. Bee’s Knees likes 5 to 7 minutes, Raven 3 to 5, and Haute Cocoa Chai wants a full boil. Strain, then taste before reaching for a honey stick.
Only Raven. It’s built on organic black tea, with roughly half the caffeine of a cup of coffee. The other five are caffeine-free: Bee’s Knees is honeybush, Haute Cocoa Chai is rooibos, and Beautea, Blue Butterfly, and Good Night are herbal. That makes the set easy to share in a house where people drink tea at very different hours.
Yes. Bee’s Knees and Beautea both cold-brew well, Haute Cocoa Chai makes an iced latte with milk and honey, and Blue Butterfly is the one people serve over ice just to watch it turn purple when lemon goes in. Brew double strength if you’re pouring hot tea over ice, so it holds its flavor as the ice melts.
Four full boxes of raw honey sticks, one of each varietal we offer: Wildflower, Clover, Orange Blossom, and Blackberry Blossom. Each box holds 18 sticks, which means the Variety Pack delivers 72 sticks total. The bundled price runs about 10% less than buying the four boxes individually, and the Variety Pack format lets you (or your recipient) actually compare the four flavors back to back, which is the entire point of trying varietal honey in the first place.
The honey itself. Most honey sticks sold at gas stations and grocery checkouts are made with flavored syrup, ultra-filtered honey, or honey blended with corn syrup. Ours hold pure raw honey from American beekeepers, with no heat processing, no added sugars, no artificial flavors, and no fillers.
