The lollipop that gets opened in the car before you get home. Not candy-sweet, honey-sweet. Tastes like actual ingredients—lemon that tastes like lemon, lavender that tastes like lavender, ginger that has a kick.

We make about 100,000 of these a year, all by hand. Real honey, non-GMO sugar, organic tapioca syrup, natural flavors. No high fructose corn syrup, no artificial anything. OU kosher certified on all year-round flavors and Apples & Honey seasonal. Dark Chocolate Dipped (winter seasonal) is not kosher certified.
Eight flavors stay in stock year-round: Original Honey, Blueberry, Bourbon, Cinnamon, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Vanilla. Two rotate seasonally—Apples & Honey in fall, Dark Chocolate Dipped in winter. People stir them into tea while they melt. Others just eat them. Both work.
Our Handmade Formula
Every lollipop gets poured by hand into molds, stick inserted by hand, wrapped by hand. Small variations in thickness or tiny bubbles happen because people made them, not machines.
No Corn Syrup
We use organic tapioca syrup instead of corn syrup to get the right hard candy texture. Took years to perfect the recipe without it. Tastes better this way.
OU Kosher Certified
Year-round flavors and Apples & Honey are Orthodox Union certified. Dark Chocolate Dipped is not. The certification covers ingredients, processes, and facility oversight—actual rabbinical supervision, not just a label.
Works as Tea Stirrers
Drop one in hot tea and stir while it slowly dissolves. Sweetens your cup naturally without grabbing a spoon. People do this with the Lemon and Ginger flavors constantly.

Sweet—they're made with honey and sugar, so yes, they're candy. But honey-sweet, not artificial-sweet. The flavors taste like actual ingredients: lemon tastes like lemon peel, lavender is floral without being perfume-y, ginger has real heat. Original Honey just tastes like honey. They're sweet treats, just made with better ingredients than most lollipops.
Yes. They take about 5-10 minutes to fully dissolve in hot liquid. Stir occasionally. Works with any temperature of tea or coffee. Some people drop Bourbon flavor into hot toddies.
We can't make medical claims about treating sore throats. What we can say is that people tell us they keep these on hand when they're feeling under the weather. The combination of honey and slow dissolving seems to provide comfort. For actual throat issues, your doctor is a better resource than a lollipop.
Because they're hand-poured. One person pours hot liquid honey into molds all day. Some pours are slightly thicker. It's not a defect, it's proof someone made it by hand.
Room temperature in a dry place. Don't refrigerate (makes them stick to wrappers). Don't leave them in a hot car (they'll melt). An airtight container works if you've opened the bag. They'll stay good for months if stored properly.
One lollipop of each year-round flavor—eight total. Original Honey, Blueberry, Bourbon, Cinnamon, Ginger, Lavender, Lemon, Vanilla. $29 for the bag. Good way to figure out which ones you actually like before committing to a full bag of eight.
Apples & Honey shows up in fall (usually August through October). Dark Chocolate Dipped shows up in winter (usually November through January). When they're gone, they're gone until next year.
It's natural bourbon flavoring, not actual alcohol. But it tastes like bourbon, which some parents don't want their kids eating. Your call. We label it clearly so you can decide.
