How to Make Your Favorite Meatloaf Recipe

Gather all of the ingredients you will need to make this recipe.

Preheat oven to 350.

Blend all finely chopped meatloaf ingredients (excluding the panko, ground turkey, and beef) together in a blender until well blended.

In a medium bowl, combine meats (ground beef and turkey) with the blended vegetable mixture and beaten eggs. Add Panko. Mix until evenly combined.

Place the meatloaf mixture in a non-stick pan and form into a loaf shape about 4″ wide x 3″ high.

Cover with foil to create a seal.

Bake for 1 hour.

For an extra kick, mix adobo sauce with the honey glaze before pouring it over the meatloaf.

Mix glaze by combining ingredients well with hand-mixer.
