Honey doesn't spoil. Ever. It crystallizes naturally (that's what real honey does), but it's still good. Warm the jar in hot water to re-liquify it. The other products in gift sets—candles last indefinitely, unopened body products last about a year, tea lasts 6-12 months sealed.
