Our Most Rare Honey
Spring honey gets all the attention — flowers everywhere, bees buzzing like it’s Mardi Gras. But autumn honey? That’s the underdog. The late bloomer. The one that shows up when everything else is calling it quits. Autumn honey is rare. Like, really rare. The bees need a Goldilocks summer — not too hot, not too dry — and a buffet of late-season blooms. Even then, they only make extra if they're feeling generous.
What Makes Our Autumn Honey Special?
- Rare by nature: Autumn Honey is a Honey Royale — harvested in small batches from our Eastern Shore farm only when the season produces enough to share. Quantities are limited and may sell out.
- Distinct late-season flavor: Dark and robust with fruity, earthy depth — hints of wet leaves, overripe fruit, and the last flowers of the year. Noticeably richer than our Spring or Summer Honey.
- From Chesterhaven Beach Farm: Sourced exclusively from our own Maryland apiary on the Eastern Shore. This honey is not available anywhere else.
- Raw and minimally filtered: Harvested and bottled to preserve the full character of the late-season nectar — nothing added, nothing removed.
- Does not crystallize readily: Unlike most raw honeys, Autumn Honey stays liquid longer — a natural characteristic of its late-season floral sources.
- Star K Kosher certified: Certified by Star K, one of the most widely recognized kosher certification agencies.
- 11 oz
