Bees play a crucial role in producing this honey, collecting nectar from these specific plants during the fall season, which also supports biodiversity and natural habitats. Our bees collect nectar from specific plants during the fall, contributing to the unique flavor and color of the honey. In a good year, after a perfectly balanced summer, our hives will be flush with honey that is stored up for the upcoming cold months. If the stars align and the blossoms in our fields have been especially prolific, our hives will have an excess of honey to share with us.

And then I called to see if I could buy the Autumn Honey in a larger size because are going through so much of it. This is fabulous with tea. A very unique yet wonderful flavor.
