Spring Honey and Orange Blossom Honey carry Star-K kosher certification. The honey lollipops are Orthodox Union (OU) certified (except for Chocolate Dipped!). Both certifications matter if you're giving to families who observe, and the quality standards benefit everyone.

Honey doesn't spoil. Ever. It crystallizes naturally—warm the jar in hot water to liquify. Unopened body products last about a year. Candles last indefinitely. Tea stays fresh 6-12 months sealed. The lollipops have a shelf life of 18 months but usually get eaten within days.
